Q: How long does it take to dispatch my order once it is received?
A: We aim to dispatch with in two working days. Often it is quicker, depending on time of day we receive the order. As we live on a farm and it is a 60-minute round drive to the P.O. we try and limit our postage days to Monday, Wednesday and Friday. If you have a deadline that you need to have your ordered delivered, let us know and we will do all our best to meet your requirements.
Q: What happens if my order is damage in delivery, or wrong item delivered?
A: We operate on 100% customer satisfaction. If your product is damaged or wrong, email us and we will organise a replacement sent as Express Post.
Q: My bottle of spirits has some residue on the bottom, is it safe to drink.?
A: Yes. One issue we have with our product is that most are made from natural fruit, grown here on our farm. We put our products through a very stringent filtering process to remove all the fruit sediment from them. Even with the system sometimes even though they look perfect after leaving for a few weeks sediment can form. This is just natural fruit, so shake the bottle and it will be ok. We only use natural products in making of our spirits.
Q: Can I have a card put with my order.
A: Yes, we keep a variety of cards in stock (Birthday, thank you, etc) and offer cards at no charge. When ordering just write a note in the note section at checkout or you can email if this is easier for you.
Q: Can you put special packs together for a special occasion?
A: As we are a Micro Distillery, we can be very adaptive to any request. We have yet to be asked for a special pack that we could not do, so ask away.
